Shop floor & POS

Your shop counter, fast and in order.

Scan, take payment and print the receipt in seconds. Every sale updates your stock, your drawer and your books at the same moment — the online store and the counter share one stock.

A yearly add-on on any plan. Runs in the browser, or on the Windows and Linux desktop app.

A barcode is scanned, the item goes on the bill, the customer pays in cash, the receipt prints, and the stock goes down by one.

Everything the shop floor needs, in one place

  • Barcode counter
  • Cash drawer & shifts
  • Purchases & suppliers
  • Customer dues
  • Stock, serials & labels
  • Shop reports
Selling at the counter

A bill done before the queue grows.

A USB or Bluetooth scanner works out of the box, search finds a product by name, code or barcode, and the cart takes discounts, price changes and notes. Unknown barcode? Add the product right there.

  • Cash, bKash, Nagad, card, Rocket or bank — or split one bill across several
  • Change worked out in large type, with quick cash notes
  • Hold a bill and resume it; an open bill survives a reload
  • Returns and exchanges, refunded in cash, another method or against the due
  • Receipts in 58 mm, 80 mm or A4, with your logo, barcode and QR
Cash drawer & shifts

Know what should be in the drawer, to the taka.

Open a shift with a starting float. Cash sales, pay-outs and drawer expenses add up on their own, so closing time is a count, not a calculation.

  • Cash in, cash out and drops, each with a reason
  • Count at close: the difference is shown, saved and explained
  • Z report printed for every shift
  • Opening the drawer without a sale asks for a reason, and logs it
Purchases & suppliers

Stock in, supplier paid, nothing written down twice.

Raise a purchase order, receive it in full or in parts, and the stock goes up in batches with their real cost. Each supplier keeps a running balance of what you owe.

  • Purchase orders from draft to received, printable
  • Receiving adds stock with its cost, oldest batch sold first
  • A price review after each delivery, from your target margin
  • Pay a supplier across several orders, from the drawer or the bank
Customer dues

The dues book, without the notebook.

Sell on due to a known customer and the balance goes on their account. Take a payment at the counter any day, print a statement, or send a reminder by SMS.

  • Every customer’s due with a running balance
  • Payments taken at the counter, by the cashier too
  • Printed statements, and SMS reminders from your SMS allowance
  • Dues on the phone app, wherever you are
Stock that adds up

One stock for the counter and the website.

A sale at the counter and an order online take from the same shelf, so you never sell what you no longer have.

  • Real cost, oldest first

Stock is kept in batches, and every sale is costed from the oldest — your profit is what the sale really made.

  • Serials & warranty

Scan the serial at the sale, and it prints on the receipt with the date the warranty runs to.

  • Barcodes & labels

Generate in-store barcodes and print labels on rolls or A4 sheets.

  • Count by scanning

Low-stock and out-of-stock lists at the till, and a stock count done with the scanner.

  • Show it in the shop only

Mark a product as for sale online, “available at our shop”, or hidden from the website.

  • Shop reports

Sales, profit and margin by day, cashier, payment method and product; stock value and dead stock; all exportable.

On every counter

In the browser, or as a desktop app.

Start on any computer with a browser. When the counter is busy, the desktop app adds silent printing and a drawer that opens on its own.

  • Web till

Open it in the browser, or install it as an app. Nothing to set up.

Prints through the browser’s print window
  • Desktop app

The till and the back office for Windows and Linux, with silent receipt printing and the cash drawer.

    Updates itself
  • Keeps selling offline

If the internet drops, the till keeps scanning and selling from its saved catalogue, and sends the sales when it is back.

Shifts, returns and dues need the internet
  • POS lite on your phone

Scan to check a price or stock, count shelves, see today’s takings and the dues book.

    Not a full till

You stay in control

Your staff sell. You decide what they can do.

  • A cashier role

Selling, the drawer and due payments — and nothing else, if you choose.

  • “POS only” staff

A counter-only member signs straight into the till. The server enforces it, not just the screen.

  • Discount limits

Cap the discount a cashier can give; refunds need their own permission.

  • Every action recorded

Drawer opens, voids and price changes are logged with who did them.

How you get it

A yearly add-on, on any plan.

The POS is not tied to a plan. Add it to Starter, Growth or Business for a year at a time, and keep your online store as it is.

  • Tell us, pay for the year, and we switch it on
  • Your Billing page shows the price and the date it runs to
  • A reminder before the year ends, so the counter never stops by surprise

Questions about the POS

Which plans can use the POS?

Any plan — Starter, Growth or Business. The POS is a yearly add-on, paid separately from your plan. Tell us, pay for the year, and we switch it on. Your Billing page shows the price and the date it runs to.

Does it work with a barcode scanner and receipt printer?

A USB or Bluetooth scanner that types like a keyboard works anywhere on the till. Receipts print in 58 mm, 80 mm or A4. In the browser they print through the print window; the Windows and Linux desktop app prints silently to the printer you choose and can open the cash drawer.

Can a customer pay with bKash or card?

Yes. The cashier records the payment and its transaction reference against the bill, and one bill can be split across cash, bKash, Nagad, card and more. The payment itself happens on the customer’s phone or your card machine — the POS does not charge it for you.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The till keeps scanning and selling from its saved catalogue, prints a provisional receipt, and sends the sales in order when the connection is back. Opening or closing a shift, returns, exchanges and due payments wait until you are online.

Does it keep stock in sync with my online store?

Yes. The counter and the website sell from the same stock, so a product sold at the counter is no longer offered online. You can also show a product online as “available at our shop” without selling it there.

Can I sell on due and track it?

Yes. Sell on due to a known customer and the balance goes on their account. Take payments at the counter any day, print a statement, or send an SMS reminder from your SMS allowance.

Is the receipt a VAT invoice?

If your shop has a BIN, the receipt is laid out as Mushak-6.3 with VAT on each line. It is not connected to the NBR’s electronic invoicing system.

Can I run more than one branch?

Stock across several locations is part of the Business plan. The POS add-on works with it; it does not include it.
