How quickly can I launch my online store?

Do I need coding or technical skills to use Onescle?
No coding knowledge is required. You get an intuitive merchant dashboard to manage products, categories, stock, banners, and marketing channels without writing a single line of code.
Can I connect my own custom domain?
Yes, on any paid plan. You can connect any custom domain (e.g. yourbrand.com or yourbrand.com.bd) with automatic SSL/TLS certificates generated and renewed for free.
Couriers, Shipping & Delivery
Which courier services are supported in Bangladesh?
Onescle provides direct native API integrations with Pathao Courier, Steadfast Courier, and RedX, with automatic parcel consignment creation, one-click bulk dispatch, and delivery status tracking.
How does the Fraud Customer Detector work?
Our platform cross-references delivery completion rates and alerts you if a phone number has a high parcel return or rejection history across courier networks, saving you return delivery costs.
Payments & Checkout
What payment methods can my shoppers use?
Shoppers can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash (Merchant Tokenized Gateway / Direct), Nagad, bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards via SSLCommerz.
Does Onescle take any commission on my sales?
No! We charge 0% transaction commission on sales. You keep 100% of your store revenue.
Marketing & Meta CAPI
Why is Server-Side Meta CAPI better than standard browser Pixel?
An ad blocker or a browser privacy setting can stop the browser Pixel. Onescle also sends each event from its own server through the Conversions API, with the same event ID as the Pixel, so Meta still receives it — and counts it once — when the browser copy is blocked. A Purchase is only ever sent from the server, and only for a real order.
What does the AI Product Studio do?
You can upload photos of your product, and the built-in AI studio will read the fabric or material, file the product under your categories, write professional Bangla or English product descriptions and extract Google SEO keywords — all for you to review before anything is saved.
